Privacy policy
This page explains what we collect while GamersXP, Lumina, and LuminaXP are in build, how we use it, and how the regulated parts of the product are delivered. Last updated August 2026.
GamersXP is a technology company, not a bank. Accounts, IBANs, payments, and card issuing for Lumina and LuminaXP are provided through licensed banking and electronic money partners and their card-scheme issuing programmes. Those partners hold the relevant licences and operate the regulated infrastructure, including safeguarding of customer funds, KYC/AML checks, and transaction monitoring, so the service is compliant in each market we launch in. Partner names, applicable licences, and market-specific terms will be published here before we open accounts to the public.
Who we are
GamersXP builds consumer and business financial products, including the Lumina account and card and the LuminaXP gamer edition. For questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@gamersxp.io.
What we collect today
While the product is in build, the only personal data we collect directly is what you give us: your email address when you join a waiting list, plus which product you expressed interest in, and any details you include when you email us.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps in order to serve and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use your email to confirm your waiting-list signup, to tell you when access, the GMXP to stablecoin exchange, or the first card batch opens, and to send occasional product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting, database, and email delivery — and, once accounts go live, with the licensed banking, payment, and card-issuing partners described above, who process your data as independent controllers for regulatory purposes such as identity verification and anti-money-laundering obligations.
How long we keep it
Waiting-list entries are kept until launch is complete or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. Regulated account and transaction records, once accounts exist, are retained by our licensed partners for the periods their regulations require.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to remove you from the waiting list, at any time by emailing hello@gamersxp.io. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
Security
Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers, transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who need it. Regulated account data is held within our partners' licensed environments rather than by us.
Changes
We will update this page as the product moves from build to launch, including naming our licensed partners and the markets they cover. Material changes will be announced to waiting-list members by email.
